One of my personal goals during this lockdown was to read/get through at least 3 books. I’ve listened to 17 books via audible in 2 months and on my and started my 18th last night… This way I’ve been able to immerse myself in stories while doing other things I enjoy like redecorating, baking and gaming – yeah I’m happy 😍
I had a birthday, the summer holidays, deep cleaning and redecorating the flat, been messed about with appointments and had multiple bouts of sinus headaches that have crippled me… Not to mention all the things that happened in between….
I haven’t had the chance or been in the mood to come on here and read and write everything and clearly regretting that because so much has happened I don’t even think I can remember it all. Continue reading “September Already!”
I feel myself tearing up every now and then for no reason at all or for every reason… I’m just not sure. It’s definitely frustrating and confusing because I feel alright… But I am getting emotional without obvious cause.
I know I’m exhausted. I’m tired of crap. I’m stressed. I’m frustrated. I have a lot of things to do and they’re just piling up. But I’m not sure if these are the reason why I’m feeling the way that I’m feeling. I love reading your posts, they make me laugh, smile and encourages me to keep posting myself even if it is difficult for me to post as often as I would like. Your writing is brilliant and is one of my favourite blogs to read! I wish I could do the same for you and others with my own blog. 🙂
Thank the person who nominated you.
Post a quote for 3 consecutive days. (1 quote for each day)
That’s right… After one of my last posts about just about being recovered from a sinus headache and a long week of on and off, up and down flu like symptoms… I was completely better for like a day or two and then…
… I’m talking about snow! I live in the united kingdom – England – Hampshire – on the south coast…Which means we rarely ever get snow and a blue moon happens more often than snow does!
But we had it surprisingly… I noticed the first flurries happen while in college this past Monday and it was on and off most of the day. Then on the Tuesday I came out of my flat to go on the school run to find that snow had laid! I didn’t even know it had snowed otherwise I would have gone straight out in it! Continue reading “Less often than a blue moon…”
… And yet again I am sat here trying to update the last couple of days and enjoying my time too much to the point where I can’t be bothered with house work… Typical. Ah well I can try to sort it out another day…
Recap of Thursday; As we all know, I love Thursdays because it’s my day! I spent some me time, watched a bit of telly, writ a post and writ up a list of things to remember to say to my sons Teacher.Continue reading “The weekend has come and gone…”
