Salmon En-Croute – salmon fillet, skinned, wrapped in puff pastry, egg-washed and seasoned then baked.
Fish Dishes Prepared, Cooked and Presented.
(Plaice, Cod and Mixed Fish)
- Plaice Meuniere.
- Beer Battered Fish and Chips with Mint Peas (with and without) Freshly Made Tartar Sauce.
- Mixed Fish Cake with Presented (practise) Sliced Salad.
