So for a week I had been emailing this PT (Personal Trainer) who covers everything I was looking for;
- Body Transformation and Conditioning.
- Body Confidence.
- Nutritional Guidance, Advice and Support.
- High Intensity Training.
- Lifestyle Coaching
She answered all my questions and we ended up arranging a free session for me this Thursday just past, to see how I felt about the way she trains. She was motivating, friendly, supportive and I understood all her instructions.
We worked on legs till they turned to jelly. We worked on arms till they shook. Then we worked on back and abs till all the sets were done. At the end we sat and spoke about options on training programs and prices. It was a bit more expensive than I thought it would be but can you really put a price on feeling amazing? After I am ready to go on without her I can carry on doing what I was doing with her but by myself as I would know what equipment, how long to use it for and how many reps.
The plan is to do a 12 week program with her which includes;
- Nutrition Plan.
- 3 Different Exercise Programs. (1 exercise program per month)
- 1 Personal Training Session A Week.
I will try to squeeze in 2 extra gym sessions a week. And may even go back to doing some home workout videos if I have the motivation.
I have also challenged myself to not eat any fast food or takeaways. (This is gonna be hard!) First thing is first which is, I need to set up a food plan for myself then send it to my PT then find out whether I am free to do my next PT session on Tuesday. I will be writing a food diary too. Oh and depending on my confidence there may be weekly photos!
